Everybody wants to live long in good health but not eveyone is ready to do all the needful to accomplish that goal. If you want to live long in a world where people fall sick frequently due to man inventions and some natural things that are not too good to take in.

So many things in which way do is going to be reflected in our body and that is going to include seems like our health and also our size and height . This is why the importance of maintaining a healthy and fit body is something that cannot be overemphasized .

First of all abnormal body size is usually associated with a lot of diseases like somebody who is overweight or obese has an increased chance of having diabetes mellitus in the future or cardiac insufficiency is like atherosclerosis and heart failure . Somebody with a low body size is associated with malnutrition as well as severe hypothermia .

Having and maintaining an adequate body size is also very important for physical activity . Somebody is having a very large body size cannot be able to to partake in ordinary recreational activities . Somebody who is having a small body size on the other hand can easily come down with injuries .

Avoid food that are high in cholesterol as that will increase the risk of developing diabetes, kidney failure or heart disease which will prevent you from having a healthy body and you can exercise daily so as to help you to burn the calories in your body and also to make you fit and healthy.

You can maintain a healthy life by not smoking or drinking alcohol as that causes harm to the body because when you smoke tobacco and drink alcohol it doesn't have any benefits that it does to the body apart from danger so when you take this thing's it will endanger their health and increase the risk of developing some serious damage in your body which will make you not to be able to maintain a healthy life.

Make sure that you drink like 6 glasses of water daily because water is very important in our health without what are the organs in the body will not be able to function properly which really causes some side effects in the body so always make sure that you are hydrated so as to avoid any implications in the health because water is very essential in our daily activities.

To maintain a healthy body, you have to eat healthy food and exercise regularly, it is not really that hard, especially for young people, maintaining good body starts with body shape, do you like your body shape, if you do then that's a check and if you don't then you have to lose weight or gain weight depending on what the case maybe.

The next line of action is to get intentional on the kind of food you eat, do you eat junk food all the time that lacks nutritional contents or you don't eat enough protein, junk food or processed food is harmful to our body and it is very much important to understand the kind of content we put in, you can make a timetable tracking the kind of food you eat and then make sure it's balanced.
