the type of food that is needed for you to be able to live a healthy life and have a healthy weight so you can have a health is by avoiding food that are high in calories because those people that do consume all this junk food saturated fat and trans fat food and mostly the ones that are not able to maintain their weight they often face the consequences of being obesity or overweight and this result sedam exposing their health to different kind of chronic health issues so when you Consume high calories food you won't be able to maintain your weight very well you should focus on eating balanced diet like nutritious food that will hard vital nutrients to your body like fruits and vegetables whole grains and fibresis that we provide the nutrient that you need in your body as long as you eat healthy food and balanced diet you will be able to maintain a healthy weight because the nutrients they provide to the body they make you to be fit because they did not contain high calories food which will lead to high cholesterol in the body and also make sure that you engage in exercise regularly
