The foremost indicator of any scam website is that they are going to offer huge return on little investment without you doing any work. I think this falls into the second tips you offer in your post. They are going to offer people mouth-watering return on investment for every money they put down. They might pay for a while, they are doing this to attract more people so that they will be able to abscond with huge fund.

Yeah you are right the most they do is to capture people's mind first with their too good to be true words and this should be a read flag to anyone that loves their hard earned money. don't fall for them because your money Is their target. infact it is always good to review their sites when once you realize this. check online to be sure that others have said same about them before indulging

There are a lot of people that have been positioning as businesses online with the aim of scamming unsuspecting people. Scam businesses usually do not have a particular face as the face of the business.

You are right scammers have websites that you can't trace to them. they do not indicate their names or location. They have no business with people that cry for help when they are scammed. so the best bet is not to fall for then at all. people needs to be more proactive when it comes to investment with bogus profit, most often than not the whole thing is always a scam. one need to be careful

Online Security Tips You Need to Know

These days, scam businesses are running rampant on the internet. And while there are some things you can do to avoid becoming a victim of a fraud, it's impossible to completely prevent yourself from being targeted by scammers.

They're getting more sophisticated all the time, and they have access to advanced software that makes it harder to detect them. However, you can implement some simple steps to help you spot suspicious behavior. Here are some tips to keep in mind:

-If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Never send money or personal information over the phone or online unless you know exactly who you're talking to.

-Don't give out your bank account number or PIN number to anyone over the phone or online. If you do, your account could be drained in minutes!

-Make sure that any website where you enter your credit card information is secure (look for https instead of http). This will help protect your identity from hackers who may steal your data and use it for their own purposes.

-Beware of emails that seem "too official." Many phishing scams will pose as legitimate companies in order to get your personal information or money from you by impersonating someone else entirely!

Yeah, you capture this perfectly well. scammers sometimes to me look very intelligent but I wonder why they do not use these knowledge of their to make something good that help people live above poverty than just scamming them more. it is really appalling. you have all these advanced softwares at your disposal and the only thing you think about is how to scan people. This is absurb.

The truth is that there are a lot of fake businesses on the internet and if you are really not very careful you will probably be scammed.

A lot of people have fallen for this scam schemes and lost a lot of money that they should have used to venture into profitable things. These schemes going on on the internet is one of the reasons a lot of people have totally lost interest in anything that has to do with online businesses or purchasing anything online. Some of the things you should be looking at is the price of the product when compared to they offline product.

If you see an advertisement on a social Media platform about a product, it is very much important that you make proper research and possibly try as much as possible to go to shops that sell the same products offline and see if the price correlates or the same. This is one of the ways in which you can know that a business is legitimate or not.

Another way in which you can know whether an online business is legitimate is to check whether they are making unnecessary promises. it is also very important for you to check the website URL to know if it is actually safe or not.

Yeah this boils down to getting involved with schemes that their profit are just too good to be true. when once you encounter any of such you would need to run away from it. it wouldn't be too long that you would be scammed if you allow them get to you with their words. Infact, I believe it is better to mostly work with mostly popular sites. they hardly want to stain their hard earned reputation. The truth is that reputable sites wouldn't even want to play pranks on people by scamming them

There are so many scam businesses online these days. Which can be so canning and will rob you your hard earned money. It is very important for people to be really careful with online sites. Some ways to identify scam sites include;

1. Promises that seem too good to be true - you should be very suspicious of sites that promise to give you too much for so little. For example, promising to double your money for doing nothing. Or promising to pay you 10 dollars for a single ad click. Most of those sites turn out to be scam.

2. People's negative reviews about sites - you should never overlook a site that many people complain about. Most probably, those complaints are genuine. But you should also be careful where you get your reviews. Personally, I tend to trust reviews in forums more than those in social media sites. Those positive reviews in social media sites are mostly written by the scammers themselves or by people who have been paid to give fake positive reviews.

3. A site that keeps changing rules and how they work is very dangerous. The instability is a great sign that the site probably has no future or that the owners are just lying to people and will kot actually pay.

You are on points about sites that looks scamming and people need to avoid them because they will surely scam it's users. When once a site begins to change rules frequently and doesn't pay the users then it is time to start suspecting to become a scam. Again, a site with high pay out minimum is another flag, one beds to be very careful with it. it wouldn't he long there will start scamming people

Detecting a scam business online might not be an easy one because these fraudsters or those behind the scene are still amongst us and they devise new means and strategies so they could lure or cajole innocent people to invest. There are so may scam businesses online and it would not stop anytime soon. The first of them all was the introduction of Ponzi schemes and when they had scammed millions of people and to some point, people could recognize them when they eventually showed up, they strategized another means and are now being shield under the umbrella of investment companies, where you would invest a minimum sum of money and get Returns on investment (ROI). This is now one of the latest scam and it is saddening that people still fall prey despite their experiences or the experiences of others.

Recently in Nigeria, there is a popular Chinmark group that has been all over the internet to have scammed people of more than 10Billion naira and according to the reports, the group which was said to have operated in different branches and has different sectors like; restaurant, logistics company, oil and gal and real estate has been said to be scam. These things keep happening everyday on the internet but people would never learn!

That was a very unfortunate situation but as you have stated I don't know why people in Nigeria don't learn from others mistakes and keep away from ponxi scheme From the days of MMM that a lot of money went down the drain people should have known that all these schemes no matter how long it takes will still fail and people fortune will go just like that. The annoying thing is that this fraudsters will roam the street free after a while. people just have to be careful and desist from indulging in schemes that are too good to be true.

The truth of the matter is that there are certain times when you come across an an online site, it might be pretty hard to tell if it's a scam site or not. The best thing to do would be to make a little research about the site. It would be better if you make use of not just online, but also offline. Most of the reviews we see online today are not completely true, so even after making research be careful

Your last line is the truth, go on freelancing sites you would see people that advertise to write reviews on sites for a fee. These are people that might never use the site but they will write positive reviews for the site so just to get some money. but the forget that they will be misleading others by doing this. They are also giving these soon to be scamming site the leverage to scam people without stress. We can do better as feeelancers by not aiding and abetting fraudulent activities by these fraudsters. I hope people would learn and keep away from scam sites
