How Nutritious is Soyabeans and Paste to the Body?.

Soyabeean or paste is very nutritious to the body. Though many people do not know how to prepare it.
So am going to describe the way to prepare here.
SOYA PASTE:
- Take a cupful of soybeans. Wash yo remove dust or bits if stone.

- Put 3 cupfuls of water into a pot. Heat yo boiling. Drop the soybeans into the boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes.

- Drain the water out of the soybeans. Throw the water away. Cover the beans with cold water. Allow them to soak overnight.

- In the morning , the soybeans can ground on a grinding stone until they form a soft paste. The paste can be added yo other foods such as yam or sweet potatoes, or to vegetable soup.

SOYMILK.
- Take a cupful of soybeans, and wash as before.

- Heat 3 cupfuls of water to boiling, add a 3 - finger pinch of bicarbonate of soda.
(This can usually be obtained from there chemists where it is sold for indigestion. Bakers also use it ) Cook for 10 minutes again.

- Drain off the water. Then drain the paste and water through a clean cloth; squeeze all the milky liquid through.
- This is soyamilk. Boil it for 10 minutes before serving.
