3 Salmons are also great source of protein it helps feel like full without adding fat.
4 Reduced fat milk is the healthiest dairy items. It is low in fats and it is rich in the source of protein, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins B.
5 Grape fruit is a nutritious sweet tart snack and delicious. The research of scientists is showed that eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice daily can reduce the weight loss.

Sometimessometimes the reason why most people are not losing weight as expected to is because they have not put their diet into proper consideration . Some of them are still consuming junk of most junkiest food while thinking they are in the process of weight loss . Absolutely no to effectively lose weight the right way your diet must be put into consideration and must be replaced from abnormal fatty foods into normal fatty foods . Fish is a normal fatty food that contains amino acid and other nutrient responsible for the building and repairing of worn-out part of the body . Running and consuming factory made fatty foods like icy bread , fish pies , and other sugary confectioneries . The consumption of fish will easily suffice .

Another nutrient responsible for the broken down of fat accumulated in wrong area is to increase the amount of iron in our body . One of the best source of iron is unriped plantain . The consumption of unripe plantains will go a long way to replacing our sugary food with iron containing food which is responsible for the transformation of accumulated fat in the body to muscles during regular exercising routines .
