How do you think customers perceive your products or services?

Customers perceive our products and services in a way that is true to their needs and interests. We believe that the best way to understand our customers is to ask them: what do you need? What would make your life easier? What would make you feel better about yourself, or more confident in your ability to accomplish a particular task?

When we ask this question, we get honest answers from real people who have real experiences with our products and services—and we listen to those answers so that we can improve. We also take the time to understand how people think about us as a company—what kind of stories could they tell about us if they were asked about us in an interview or on social media? How do we want others to see us? And how will our customers see us? They want to know why they should buy from us and what we do that is different from our competitors.

Mostly a customer will complain directly to you about a product they bought from you which wasn't in their interest. In the same way, a customer will tell you they enjoyed your product or services. So what ever experience a customer had with your product or services they'll certainly react in a way that will let you know that they are either happy or not happy with your product or services.
