How Can one dealt with stubborn Customer and yet not affecting Business Negatively?

I know that people do says that; customers are always right and this has made some customer to be taken the sellers for granted by doing what is not okay to them.

Do you think this is right and his can one handle them in such way that it will not affect the business negatively?


As will all know that without the customer business can not survive at all.
In other way round as a good business man one need to treat customer good no matter how stubborn they may be because; if one chase them away it possible for them to draw more customers to there side and live and this will affect the business seriously.
If one want to punish or dealt with a stubborn customer it must be done wisely.

There is actually no need for a business owner to be thinking about how to deal with a stubborn customer at all .

The best thing for you to try as much as possible to speak sense into such people who may be exhibiting some attitude that may not be good to you.

Sometimes, it may just be a little much more of ignorance and you just have to do your own part by enlightening the individual on what is really expected of them, and letting them know that they do not necessarily need to be violent towards you .

You have to consider the fact that they are losing money in the process of trying to obtain something from you, and sometimes this could lead to aggression form their own part , especially when they're living in poor countries where the economy is very hard on them .

There are just so many things that could be customers to be rude towards a business owner , and you just have to understand what is the root cause of their frustration first , as this is the only thing that will enable you to see how you can try as much as possible to solve that problem .
