customer churn is the percentage level of customers or clients reducing the use of a product or service.

The truth is that the percentage of this act whether high or low would tell a business owner where the business is standing. When the percentage is high then there's a huge problem and solutions must be sought and implemented immediately

So to decrease the percentage level.you do the following

Start with increasing your brand reputation. See to it that it is of standard quality

Try to reduce employee turnover. Let those that are familiar with the customers still be around to serve them

Put in place a competitive selling price or slightly reduce the selling price if necessary.
