You're saying a Job can't make one well off, what of Google engineers making 500k/year assuming they save 250k/year, inside 4 years they're now tycoons and they're many positions out there that will place you in that section.
What of individuals that take occupations in solid beginning up and got a value with compensations, they became tycoons once the organization starts off productively.
