Communication plays a very important role for business growth and developments, and it is totally advisable that a business organization maintain a concrete measure of communication for such business to grow and develop. In a business organization field with superior and subordinates, communication is expected to be maintained and exist both ways whereby The Superior communicates with subordinates and the subordinates also have they will power and the privilege of communicating with their superiors concerning some sitting matters affecting their work as well as the role and responsibilities that they are meant to perform in the business organization.

Usually in most organizations, the superiors which include employees and managers only communicate with subordinates that is the workers and the employees, but the subordinates are not giving the opportunity to communicate with their superiors which is absolutely very bad, because employees despite their subordinated nature, can give opinions as well as ideas to help the business managers or all the business superiors make good judgment especially "decision making".

Communication plays a very important role when it comes to business growth and development. Communication can be fostered in a business environment when the business manager allows subordinates which include staffs and workers to join in to the business decision-making process. Possibly a conference can be called for all business personnels to adjoin, and in the process decision-making matters should be prescribed over so that each individuals can give opinions as well as raise ideas which of course can help them make better and informed business decisions. Business managers and owners should never be proud and try to make business decisions alone because it will only bring bad business communication.

For a company to grow, it must have effective communication. This is the key for strategic alignment and goal setting; it fosters collaboration and innovation; it creates customer relations, improves decision-making processes; this helps manage changes as they occur; and it builds good leadership skills. For instance, clear communication ensures that all team members know what is expected of them in terms of goals that company needs to achieve. It promotes both greater collaboration among employees and faster problem-solving processes as well as better decisions making. In other words, by developing relationships with customers organizations encourage loyalty and repeat business. Because change occurs frequently in organizations, the internal communication system plays an important role in terms of successful adaptation.
