When you are finding ways to shed a few kilos, fatty food is the last thing that comes to your mind. However, not only do they look unhealthy, they make you feel fat and heavy.

At the same time, your body needs dietary fat as well. This is not only necessary for weight loss, but also for your overall well-being. Avocados are rich in monounsaturated fat, and they are high fat foods for your weight loss.

Avocados are also known for their fiber content and protein content. Once you eat avocados, it leaves you to feel satiated for a longer period of time, and keeps you away from high-calorie foods.

I can relate to this, fatty foods mar any weight loss journey because it will like using ones hands to destroy what one would have built for a while. it will be better to take more fruits and fiber foods if one need to feel full at all times but then again, there are healthy fat one can consume like whole eggs, fatty fish, cheese, nuts and chia seeds. These are high far foods but are really healthy for the body. But there shouldn't be abused eat a hand fist of them if you are on a weight loss journey just like me

Even people who are not educated should know that if they are thinking of losing weight they should try as much as possible to do away with food that can help add cholesterol to their body system because cholesterol is what causes fatness and you have to get rid of it as much as possible. Exercise could actually help you and discipline nots to eat most of the food you like most
