Exercise helps you in increasing good Cholesterol.

Generally, people consider cholesterol to be bad for the body and health and always prefer to consume such things, in which the amount of cholesterol is less. But in reality, whether cholesterol will benefit you or harm you, it mainly depends on what kind of cholesterol has increased in your body.

You may know or may not know, but there are two types of cholesterol found in our body. One of these is HDL i.e. High Density Lipoprotein, and the other is LDL i.e. Low Density Lipoprotein. HDL is also called good cholesterol, and it is very essential for the body.

HDL not only helps to remove excess cholesterol from the blood, but also reduces the chances of health problems such as heart attack or stroke. Not only this, if people with obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes also have better HDL levels, then they get a lot of benefit from it.

Now the question arises that how to increase good cholesterol in the body? For, people who do some exercise or physical activity on a regular basis, the amount of good cholesterol in their body automatically increases and bad cholesterol starts decreasing. This is an easy way to increase good cholesterol in the body.
