What is better: Exercise in the gym or at home?

I prefer to exercise in a gym because there you have all the equipment and facilities, and you can also get guidance from the gym trainer and partners as well.

Both have their benefits.

A gym is a more motivational space for me. But my home gym is way more convenient (so I am more likely to workout there).

I try and mix up the two really.

Your choice of hitting the gym for your workouts sounds like a solid plan. The availability of equipment, facilities, and the chance to interact with trainers and fellow enthusiasts can indeed make the gym a motivating environment. The guidance you can receive from experts and the camaraderie from workout partners can be invaluable.

If you're someone who enjoys a dynamic workout, you might want to explore HIIT training. There are some dedicated hiit training gyms that could align perfectly with your fitness goals. Remember, whether you're sweating it out at the gym or working out at home, consistency is key.
