It is totally true that majority of business owners today have the mindset that if they could only employed a huge amount of business employees and business workers who possibly have the capability and ability to work so as to achieve the business organisational goals and objectives in which they are being employed then they have no problem boosting business output and business income . But to be sincere the truth about that is not entirely true Because for what meaning the employing of numerous amount of business employees and workers could absolutely need to the problem of production possibility diminishion and that indeed is a very big problem but basically that simply means that majority of the employees may be left idle there by interfering with the works and duties of other employees who simply means no productivity at all .

As a business owner you have a sole duty of employing employees and workers and you must do this in the best possible way . As the business manager or owner you must endeavour to make sure that the amount of employee in the business organisation totally correspond with the amount of existing business goals and objectives that awarded to be achievable .

There is indeed an advantage and also a disadvantage for employing high numbers of business employees and workers but for the purpose of these comments since we are basically talking about the disadvantage of employment huge number of employees well for my own opinion I definitely think that it is a bad idea because the business that is totally initial established do not necessarily need to employ huge amount of employees at a blow because for what we know it would definitely lead to the problem of diminishing marginal productivity and what that means is that goes on objective would not sufficiently and adequately which the task and duty of each employee and some employees will definitely remain idle and yet the business organisation pays them even without them doing any work .

It is totally advised to only employ more employees as a business productivity grows , business productivity of a particular business organisation it can totally be measured on how the business is able to handle problems and issues in such a way that the business never incur negative repercussions or suffer any negative consequences .
