The employment of family members into an individual's business organisation can absolutely be a rewarding and also a good opportunity for a particular business organisation to be managed and also operated in the best way possible but in as much as this is advantageos to a business existence it is also important to consider some of the demerits and disappointment that it may bring if business employees are family members to their business manager or owner. Obviously one of the major demerits or disappointment of family members being employees in a particular business organisation is that it can bring about unnecessary worry and due to familiarity many individuals may absolutely take business activities and business practices for granted or possibly leaving it for the younger ones to take care of.

They may also Mount pressure on the business manager or the business owner and even accusing him or her only when he or she makes wrong business decisions. Last of all self respect may not exist.

Employing your family members to your workplace has its advantages and its disadvantages. One of the things I have always disliked about it is that the family members tend to disturb the privacy of the business. At the end of the day, they will turn it to a family business which is not supposed to be so and a fight may even break our in the family maybe because of how you treat your family members who work for you. So it is better not to employ your family members at all.

Also, I like it because of loyalty because the family members will try their best to protect the company.
