Sometimes situations arises where a particular business owner will have to entrust the managing of his or her business organisation as the duty or responsibility of another. That is possibly because not everyone who established the business have good managing and operating skills and so in order not to fail or to make your business go bankrupt there by wasting a whole lot of financial Capital it is best to employ the service of a good and effective qualified business manager. As a business owner and trusting managing responsibilities to another there are some qualities and attributes you should definitely look for in the person you are and trusting the managing of your business to. You must always have in mind that managing of a business is absolutely the important sector or area of a business that should be done accurately and failure in the management sector of a business can lead to disaster such as a business going bankrupt or the business going liquidated.

Most importantly the individual who is to carry out the responsibility of the business manager should be qualified in all ramifications, and also he or she must be of good behaviour is like being understanding, being approachable, being confident, risk-taking, and also been observative in all situations. There are more to this, but these attributes above are the major and common ones.

At first when trying to employ someone into your business organisation , the most important thing you should be looking is their mode of dressing because that also play an important role for you to know who is responsible and those that are irresponsible , Then followed by their academic qualification. Other things can be find out as you asked the person questions during an interview.
The point I'm trying to arrive at is that when seeing someone for the first time , you may not really knows the person's behaviour to determine if the person is capable of handling business responsibility or not .

When you have employed a new manager , it is not always the best for you to hand over all responsibilities for the person. you have to observe and know how the person is doing to avoid bringing in someone that could destroy your business .

Of course I personally have been to a business organisation being a business owner is totally separated from the individual having the responsibility as the business manager. Not every business owner have qualified managing responsibilities and abilities that is why they usually entrust the managing of your business to another . The business owner is known as the CEO what are the business manager is sometimes known as the manager or the managing director. The CEO is in charge of the managing director and he or she has the capability and the ability to eliminate or terminate the contract of the managing director especially when he or she exhibits qualities and attitudes not suitable for a business manager.

That is why you have to be so much careful when employed individuals to take up managerial responsibilities in a business organisation. A manager should 100% be qualified, second of all he or she must be creative in formulating procedures and strategies for business breakthrough. Last of all he or she must possess managerial skills such as punctuality, time consciousness, understanding, creativity, and negotiating skills etc.

People want to be led by someone who is able to get the most out of them and their team. A good manager is not only able to push people to their limits, but also motivate them to do better.

As a business owner, you need someone who can do both. Here are some things to look out for when employing the service of a manager:

They have experience as a leader: It’s important that they have experience leading people in their previous jobs. This gives them an insight into how people react under certain circumstances and how they can handle them accordingly.

They know how to motivate employees: Motivating employees is an art in itself and it can take years of practice before you become good at it. A good manager knows how to inspire people through their words and actions, thus increasing productivity in the long run.

They have good communication skills: Communication skills are crucial when leading people because without them, it will be difficult for you to get your message across or explain things clearly if something goes wrong or needs addressing urgently. A good manager needs excellent communication skills so that they can communicate effectively with all levels of staff from top-level management down to front-line workers without any problems whatsoever.
