Too much of sugar is very bad and dangerous for the health.when you take too much sugar,it can lead to diabetes and stomach ache.also when you take excess junk it's just as if you are taking sugar because junks contain a lot of sugar so don't consume too much junk it's dangerous for the health.instead of taking junks that have sugar you can always eat fruits they are good for the body and they provide the body and also supply the body with essential nutrients and vitamins.so eat fruits they are better than junks.excess sugar also causes stomach pain so don't consume much.also instead of taking sugar regularly you can always use honey some times they are good than sugar because they are natural and are very healthy.also taking too much of sugar in excess also lead to heart disease, heart attach And heart failure.it can also cause stroke.when you noticed you have taken too much sugar eat food that are rich in protein and fibre when you take too much sugar you also tend to get hungry fast and when you eat, food won't taste sweet to you.when you take too much sugar you will also get tired easily and you won't have energy.you will also have weight and the you will be very fat.so don't consume too much sugar for a healthy life.

We all know the dangerous side effects of eating so much sugar most especially the process one ,it is not good for our body because it can lead to high blood sugar in the body system, limiting the amount of salt and sugar we eat everyday does not means that we have to stop them but we should always be at check on the amount we are taking

As we all know that excess of anything is not good for health, the same thing happened to sugar consumption. Lastly, excess sugar intake can rot or discolor human teeth, it can also increase the risk of developing diabetes, which can also leads to gaining extra weight. They can also caused headaches, including migraines. And it is also said that eating too much of sugar can cause depression.
