In some states, even in poshest area of the capital city, empty homes are burgled and vandalized repeatedly . This is very inconvenient for the home owner because they cannot give the home on rent to make some money. It also becomes risky to repair the home if it not used since the burglars may again damage the property. Tenants will avoid living in a home which has been burgled, since they are afraid that the burglars may attack again, harming them. So how is it possible to find out if burglars are active in an area, before deciding to invest in property in a particular area?
