In some of my threads posted earlier I have constantly emphasized why a business environments is actually very important in determining the potential risk in which a business is considered to survive or to be successful . Location , environment , locality , and population actually mean the same thing in business but for this thread I will be using environment . Majority of business owners today do not put the environment on which their business is being situated into proper consideration and so some of them end up establishing their well taught business ideas in areas whose business environment are not conducive for the business to survive and as time goes on the established business begin to crumble and make losses rather than profit .

When determining the business environment for your intended business idea a business owner could be forced to only focus on the population and the taste and preferences of individuals living in that area . Although considering distance is part of finding a good business environments yet it is not the only thing to find out you as the business owner must also endeavour to find out the crime rate on which that business environment has so as not to situate your business where there is high rate of crime indulgers even if the population of that area is high because I have all part of the population could be arm robbers , hoodlums , miscreants , and others . You must conduct a feasibility study about the intended business environment so as to be sure that things like this do not exist around you and the business .

It is actually true that some business owners do not really put into proper consideration the environment in which they situate their business and their only concern about the population and also the test and preference of the individuals living in their business environment but then after there is one other factor that they need to be concerned about their environment which is the crime rate on which the environment has . Some environment have high crime rate and it is advised that a business owner do not situate his business in such area so as not to make his business vulnerable to become a subject of victim to crime indulgers living in such area this is because our business assets and properties including our business inventory could be stolen by arm robbers and miscreants .

When the environment in which our business exist is crime free such environment ease the free flow of business activities and practices and also the business owner or business manager can concentrate on his business ability to make profit rather than focusing on ways to shield his business from being a subject and victim to various crime indulgers living in the same business environment .
