In my point of view the main benefit of ginger is that we can use it to loose our weight. There are many green teas which contain ginger and people use it to loose weight. We can also use ginger if we have soar throat. If we feel bloating or stomach disorder then we can use ginger. If we add ginger in food recipes then it give very good flavour. It is also very good for our skin. I personally recommend everyone to use ginger. We can add ginger garlic paste in chicken , and meat. It is very good vegetable. We must use it and also add it in our food. We should make green tea with ginger. Ginger help us to boost our metabolism and give us energy. We can add ginger in warm water and drink it in empty stomach. Doctors also recommend people to wat ginger. It is best for everyone. It is also used to cure various diseases like cancer etc. It helps us to improve our digestive system.
