The monsoon season is a time when the weather can be unpredictable and dangerous even deadly. The best way to avoid viral infections during this period is to eat seasonal vegetables, which will help your immune system stay strong and fight off any viruses that might be lurking in the air.

The most important thing you can do during the monsoon is eat lots of fruits and vegetables. They contain vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are essential for good health, particularly during the monsoon season when it's so hot outside.

Seasonal vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, or cabbage are rich in vitamin C, that strengthens human immune function. They also contain folate which helps prevent anemia. They are also rich in fiber and antioxidants which help keep us healthy while we're prone to catching colds or other infections. So stock up on seasonal veggies like carrots, celery, cauliflower steaks (which are similar to broccoli), collard greens (which are similar to kale), kohlrabi (which is similar to turnips), radishes (which are similar to turnips), Swiss chard (similar to spinach), etc.
