Drinking water is very good for the health but too much of cold water can causes series of implications to the health like affecting digestion by contracting the blood vessels and also restrict the digestion
Drinking cold water decreases the heart rate and it also implicate fat breakdown because the cold temperature in the cold water solidifies the food in the body which makes the breakdown of unwanted fat difficult
Cold water can cause constipation
We should avoid drinking cold water because of all the implications it causes but that doesn't stop us from not drinking water we can drink room temperature water to avoid those causes listed and this cold water can even cause suppression in the brain so we should try and avoid it
