It is very good and okay to be eating healthy diet all the time because its good for the body and make body system functioning well.

Eaten of fruit is very important because it has a lot of fibre which help to build body immune system that help to protect body system against any external diseases

Eating of healthy food is always promoting healthy life. And eating fruits should also be cultivated as it helps the healthy life.

I have eaten a lot of food in the past ranging from processed fruit and food that is made purely from artificial sugar and with this I have been able to conclude that the best way for people to live a healthy life without any problem is just to be a vegetarians, a vegetarians may involve eating only fruits and vegetables, this fruit and vegetables should be the type that are not being treated with pesticides and fertilizers because those are the one that will be the best for the body ,some preservative in food are not really good.. we have to be guided.
