When young people start their careers, it's important to guide them and offer useful tips so they can handle the fast-moving and competitive world of employment. The six steps i've outlined are key for them to find what they love doing, keep learning new things, make a network of contacts, create a strong personal image, get advice from mentors, and be resilient and flexible. If they stick to these steps, they'll set themselves up well for a rewarding career. Keep in mind, a career is all about growing, exploring, and chasing what you're keen on achieving.
