2 Light Fat-Burning Exercises You Can Do Right in Bed

Sleeping is the time to let your body heal and rejuvenate. However, you likely don't have time to visit the gym if you're like most person.
Luckily, there are plenty of exercises you can do right in bed that will help you burn fat while you sleep and they're super easy!

Here are 2 low-intensity workouts you may perform while sitting or standing:

1. Leg lifts (three sets of 15 repetitions): Keep your feet hip-width apart as you stand. Raise one leg up toward the ceiling (or higher if it's more comfortable for you) and hold for 20 seconds. Lower gradually, then repeat with the opposite leg.

2. Knee lifts (3 sets of 15 reps): Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight out in front of you and your hands behind your head. Lift one leg up off the ground so it's at about a 45-degree angle from the floor, then slowly lower it back down over 2 seconds before repeating with the other foot.
