It is very true that too much light can affect the eyeball. I am someone who is suffering from the effects of light ray to the eyes and that is why I am writing this. There are so many people here who make money online. A lot of us tend to make money on our phones and our computer and the light rays of these two things always damage the eye.
Have you ever tried to look up at the sun? If yes, how did you feel. I have tried it and I realized that I will not be able to see for a few minutes. If I am to see, I may be seeing different colors or so and that is the same thing that phone light does to us. This is why it is very important to always take a break from your phone after you have worked on it for a few hours. Do not just work on the phone for a long times without taking your eyes off it.
It will damage your eyes and it will affect you in seeing colors so just do what I have told you to do by taking a break when you have worked online for a long time.
