Will CMS effect SERP?

Content Management Systems (CMS) are a key element in website development. They’re used to build, maintain and grow websites, which are the platforms where most people gather information online. CMSes allow you to control how your site looks, how it functions and what content is displayed on it. CMSes also offer many other features that can help you increase your website’s search engine optimization (SEO), including:

Creating and managing metadata (tags, categories) for pages, posts and other content types
Building user profiles for users who visit your site
Whether it's Google or Bing, the SERPs are not going to change.
If you've been in SEO for long enough, you'll know that if your content is good, it will still rank, even on a CMS.
I don't think that CMS is going to affect SERP, as long as your quality content remains. But if you have bad quality or spammy content, then yes, it can affect your rankings.
