Some time back on my way from work, I came across a kid selling some groundnuts, I was not actually interested in buying but what got my attention was how the boy approached and greeted me, then he started asking if I don't want to buy some, his friendly behavior and good manners made me change my mind to buy some. I have also come across a sales girl who made me buy a product I had no need for. A friendly sales person can also help in calming down a furious customer or client.
