Why is communication should be taken as important in a business

Communication is an important process which man can't do without, man has being communicating for long time with each other and without communication relationship between humans won't be possible.

So in a business, man need to communicate with each other so as the process of buying and selling would be possible.

They could communicate through verbally or non verbally but in any case our communication should prove that we want to sell our products to others, most times, our client of customers may be move to patronize us again due to our mode of communication how we treated them, because most client or customer want to be treated nicely and when we do according to their taste they would love to come back again.

A good entrepreneur need to have good communication skills with his client so as to know their capacity what they like and what they do not, and most people hate it when they are given product that are not good for them they may think that such seller focus is on how to make sale and not on how the product will benefit him or her.

I don't see a business moving without communication. It's just not possible. A business owner is supposed to be able to communicate with his or her workers and buyers are supposed to be able to communicate with sellers for business to take place. The way a business owner communicates with the buyer matters a whole lot in business. It would determine whether the buyer would purchase the product or not. These is why business owners as well as employees should develop good communication skills, f they want the business to be successful.
