Many employee where denied of promotion in their working place. Employee secure jobs, when there is nothing to bring daily income for them, and start to misbehave in their respective duty post in the company. Most employee refused to follow the rules and regulations of the company they're working for, they don't buy the ideas to follow the instructions given to them as employee under the company. The employment letter given to them can be terminated at any time, when they refuse to follow the companies rules and regulations. Some employee gang up with some staffs or admin staffs to embezzle and steal the properties of the company. Lateness and disobedient to the supervisors and to the manager of the company, can easily cause termination of the appointment. Most of them where using many years in that company without promotions, due to nonchalant attitude to the work, and many employee were forced to resign from the job when they refused by the company to promote them with their counterpart employee in their company.
