Vitamin D is an outstanding form of vitamin that is undoubtedly necessary for our body. It has another name named “Sunshine Vitamin”. Actually it is called the sunshine vitamin because it is created in our skin with the help of the sunlight. We can also get vitamin D from some foods.

For the lack of vitamin D, you have to face bone problems such as soft bone or fragile bone. For example, sometimes people realize that they have soft bones; this is the result of shortness of vitamin D. Scientists say that vitamin D dispels depression and anxiety from human beings.

Physicians can understand about the deficiency of your vitamin D by blood test and x-ray report. You can find vitamin D from fatty fish, liver, red meat, egg yolks, and fortified foods like orange juice, soy milk.
