In any organization,company or business setup Accounting information is very essential and not a thing to joke with at all.
Therefore we have some set of people, organization or businesses that are the users. The users of Accounting information are:
(A) INTERNAL USERS
(1) the management wants to know the growth of the company and this has to do with steady rise in profit over the years and ability to pay dividers of the shareholders regularly as and when due,
(2) The employees are interested in long term stability of the company on which their job depend and his ability to meet wage demand. They are interested in profit etc.
(B) EXTERNAL USERS: The external users are;
(1)Creditor: The includes both long term and shirt term creditor. People tat the company is indebted to. These people are interested in the firm's company's ability to pay interest and repay the principal sum given out.
(2) customers: Those who buy from the company are interested in the ability of the company to supply regularly
(3) Competitors: The competitor are interested in the comparative performanceof the business. Things that makes them better than others. Other would wants to know their secret.
(4)Journalist equally want information for their reading public.
(5) The government is part of the External users.They would want to know about business profit in order to access tax liability.etc
All these are the users of Accounting information and their may be more idea from people. Your idea can help some one .
