Finding a job in most areas of west Africa can be a hard not to crack but if you finally find a job that pays you reasonably for the time and the activities that you put into it, it is expected that you impress and not depress your employers. You must also show them that you are capable and also have mental skillful competence. You must also show them that you are ready to handle any activity or practices which the company itself or the business firm itself things of venturing into.

You must also have a readiness to team up with other employees in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives. When you have these mention above as your job top concern you stand the chance to get promoted.

I do not think that it is true. If you know somebody in the company then even if you are a stupid person, you will be involved in the job. If this is not happening, they will contact you after death. Half of the companies employ people based on relatives and not their competence.
