Though it is not advised that a business owner should eliminate or terminate his business employees possibly during the first instance of committing a particular business or organisational error or mistake . Possibly such mistake made definitely make the business to suffer negative repercussions and consequences but yet there is absolutely no individual that is beyond mistakes and it is important that a business owner of a business manager understands this totally . Since there are some detestable and despicable attitude that if practiced buy a particular business employee such business employee should be eliminated and terminated from his or her contact as an employee in the business organisation .



If an employee developed a habit of stealing from the employer all the business revenue funds such employee is expected to be terminated of his duty as an employee in the business organisation because it would definitely serve as a warning to other employees to maintain their boundaries and to make sure they keep to their duties as employees . Womanizing and carrying out other sexual related activities in the business organisation as an employee is definitely an advised and if noted such employee should definitely be terminated in order to keep the business organisation clean from activities like this .

Majority of employees in various business organisations around the globe and able to do their best when it comes to handling and achieving business goals and objectives but the story wouldn't be complete if we do not talk about or if we neglect the many majority of other business employees who are not serious in their work and their exhibit illicit and unacceptable attitude and behaviours in the business organisation and they do not see themselves as being part of a team in order to achieve business goals and objectives rather they feel so arrogant positive because they have achieved some higher education than other of their colleagues in a same business organisation .

It is advice for an employer not to unnecessarily terminate or eliminate his employees contract at a slight mistake or error committed by him or her but yet there are some attitude that should be 100% finalize and should be eliminated of an employee if found guilty . Like you already mention the attitude of stealing from business revenue and business output is a reprimandable attitude that should be avoided in a business organisation and therefore should also lead to the termination of a contract in an employee's case...

When an employee is being employed in a particular business organisation he or she is expected to carry out his or her roles and responsibilities with high accuracy of effectiveness and with high accuracy of smartness and consciousness, because in this way it definitely proved that he or she is qualified for such role to be played as an employee in a business organisation.
