How to conclude a business transactions without a receipt

Your business might have had a financial transactions with a customer that needed a presentation of a receipt before being delivered the items. But unfortunately, the customer has misplaced the receipt. The business transactions can still be finalised if the customer have lost the receipts. You can do the following.

You can asked the buyer to provide details of the transaction which could be date of purchase, the items bought, and any other relevant information that would help you verifying it on your business books.

You can also get the duplicate receipt of the said business transaction to gets the true detail of the transaction

You can asked to see credit history or bank Statement of the purchase if it was via a card payment or bank statement as proof of purchase.
