We become competitors to order business competitors when our business features with other business competitors features are all the same . Majority of business owner in the face of facing business competitors and rivals intend to use scamming and defrauding ways and strategies to increase their business productivity and they possibly include lying to their various customers and clients about a particular product so that they could be the one to sell to the client or customer , in other words they do so is by mis-informing the customers or clients about the price of a particular commodity so that they could be the ones to sell and not their business competitors and rivals . No matter how many competitors that we have in our business it is advised to remain authentic and original to what's your business dealings and begins with your customers and clients .

Customer trust and loyalty cannot be won over by the use of scamming and defrauding strategies to boost your business productivity we are 100% advice to remain authentic and to remain truthful in all that we do . There are many way you can differentiate your business from a competitor's.

I'd like to believe that the reason why you even want to start a business from the get go is because you've seen a lapse in your competitor's, this should be your number one reason.

Let's paint an example real quick, assuming you want to order a shirt from an ecommerce store and they said delivery is three days but your order arrived after five days, that's an opportunity to start an ecommerce store because probably you won't be the only one experiencing same problem, so when you solve that problem, you have a business.

Then customer service too is one of the greatest ways you can win your competitor's clients, human beings naturally like attention, give them an overdose of it, call them when they initiate a business with you, guide them and make them feel special for doing business with you, make them feel like they're really interacting with a human being not just a robot, compliment them and make them feel good.

But also, don't cross your own lines, there are bad customers in every business, devise a way to fish them out and handle them.

There is actually a reason why your business must be different from that of the business rivals and business competitors . Remember that you are also a competition and a rival to other business who exist around you possibly if you and the same business has the same line of activity and is there looking for way to impact the neighborhood or members of the public with what the business is have to offer . Like you already mention it is never advised you should change course when trying to be different from your business competition and business rivals and I change your course what I mean is that , trying to use fraudulent and scamming ways to increase your business productivity this is totally not advisable because if caught your business trust and reputation will depreciate and could even die away .

Updating customers: a business owner should know how to handle the customers. Treat them like kings and watch how they spend their last money on you. Call them when necessary, chat them when there is need to and never let them feel less important.

Decorating: their should be attractive outlook of our shops. We need to make sure that we choose attractive color while designing our shops. We may even give it out to some experts to help us.
