I honestly think it's nothing special, you just have to be good in certain technologies and also learn to debug because you'll spend most of your times debugging anyways, it's unavoidable so after you've learnt your stack the next thing you should do is start building projects, take a simple project and make it complex

For example a calculator, you can create a login and sign up authentication for it ad also create a database for storing data so that it can be retrieved later, instead of storing it in local storage, just create challenges for yourself that's hownyou get better.
