What kind of food we should take at breakfast for health diet?

Hello dear hope so you are all doing well and making fun on this forum and getting knowledge and information about the health related issues and problems so guys today i will tell you what kind of breakfast we should eat at for health diet.According to science that we should eat a heavy breakfast because your stomach is empty from the whole yesterday night and your body is relaxed and wants energy to do work at the whole day so if we eat a heavy breakfast for example if you will belong to a pakistan then you can eat a nan paye .nan chany and like all the traditional food like but make sure if you will eat a heavy breakfast then the lunch should not be heavy it should be simple and light so that you stomach will be able to digest it if you will take lunch also heavy then your stomach will not be able to digest the food properly due to this food poisoning may also be happening so we should be very careful about eating food and must take into consideration of our health because health is very impto which we cannot compromise hope so you will like my post

We can take solid food for breakfast, simply because of the body system will be okay, when eat solid foods in the morning rather than night. Daily activities will going on smoothly based on the kind of foods that we eat for breakfast. Some people are doing strong and heavy jobs and some are not,it doesn't mean anything, eating solid foods in the morning for breakfast, assist body to work and digest easily than in the night. Like eating of solid food with vegetables and meat or fish is very recommended from the nutritionist. Make sure you take excess water after eating solid food to make it easily digest. We should go away from taking very lite foods that contain much liquid in the morning as breakfast, it will affect our daily activities that we engage. Taking of lite food in the night will allow you to take the solid food in the morning because the stomach will be empty for consumption. Try to maintain how to eat solid food for breakfast is very important.

First of all it depends on people's culture because here in Africa the type of food we are eating might actually be different from what is being consumed in the western countries , that is why we may not accurately know the type of food generally to eat for breakfast and MOST especially for lunch and dinner .

If I am to decide in general I'll suggest that taking of tea and bread , chicken with fruit and some sort of vegetable could even be the best breakfast for everyone generally , since almost all tribe of the world consumes chicken and fruits.

For lunch this might quit be difficult because here a lot of people consume Garry and soup while others are different , depending on the tradition and their culture.

In whatever we are interested to consume we should always try as much as possible to avoid processed food because these types of food are really dangerous to the humans body. And also in whatever we are eating , it is necessary to add some fruits . The reason is because fruits is a natural supplier of proteins and other important mineral to the body. Let's be guided on things to eats please.
