Affiliate marketing is one of digital marketing strategies in which businesses pay a commission fee for affiliates when they sell their products.

Nowadays many people are interested in affiliate marketing because it is one of the best passive income streams and can help people to make money just by sharing a link with their audience.

My advice for a beginner affiliate is to start a blog or create a social media account and start creating high quality content about what you want to promote because the first thing you need to build is trust, people will not click random links, after that you can start your career as an affiliate.

The first thing I will tell anyone that wants to go into affiliate marketing is to try as much as possible to acquire the necessary knowledge. Knowledge is always the first thing you have to do if you want to go into affiliate marketing because without knowledge you will not succeed.

There are different ways you will get knowledge and one of them is enrolling into affiliate marketing mentorship.

When you are searching for a mentor you really need to be very careful because there are some people who are only interested in making you purchase their products.

So buying a course from platforms like Udemy is the best.

Creating value around the things you're promoting as an affiliate products will serve you best in the long run, and it will still serve as an alternative way to make money too.

For example, selling cameras as an affiliate, you want to make sure people you refer are confident that you know about the types of cameras you're recommending. It also boosts your knowledge about cameras and you can offer other tools that can help them use their cameras better, as well as knowledge you can monetize about the use of cameras.

That knowledge can also come in handy in marketing and sales, increasing your income.

One thing that worked well for many people that are into this was focusing on creating high-quality content that provided value to readers. you'd have to write product reviews and comparison articles, and always make sure to disclose affiliate links. with this level of transparency it will help you to build trust with readers, and in turn, they will be more likely to click your affiliate links and make a purchase.

I think your advice for beginner affiliates to start a blog or create a social media account and focus on building trust is spot on. we should also remember that affiliate marketing is not a get-rich-quick scheme, and it takes time and effort to build a successful affiliate business, it is even harder now because there is a lot competition and everyone is trying to get into it so if you are not bringing something new to the market it will hard to make any money
