This question tends to be quite useful and powerful. This is due to the fact that this shows that you are willing to offer help to the customer. Some customers or some agents help clients have this nervous feeling or could take some clients as personal problems if there is some kind of conflict about details and this leads to the customer ending the contract with you and going to your concurrent and this may cause the company out of funds to pay their salaries if everyone does the same action.
