Calories burned also depend on the temperature. When the temperature drops, the basal metabolic rate increases and the calories burned also increase. Therefore, it is easier to lose weight in winter than in summer.
Also, when walking, there are people who say, "I try to walk at a speed that makes me sweat." The more sweat you get, the more calories you burn, but the amount of sweat is not proportional to fat burning. Sweat depends on your constitution, so even if you say "to the extent that you sweat", the exercise intensity varies from person to person.
Even at the same temperature, the amount of sweat depends on the season. The human body is designed to sweat when the heat cannot be controlled by expanding blood vessels to release heat. A body that sweats in the summer is acclimatized to the heat, so it is usually harder to sweat in the fall. From this point of view, the amount of sweat is not a measure of calories burned.
