Understanding the most productive time for an employee.

I just did a little study and I was amazed at what I discovered. I observed myself and a few friends in my circle to determine which time is the most productive part of our daily lives. I would send my friends complicated tasks around 6 am and they would deliver that task with utmost quality within an hour. Now, I would send them tasks of the same nature around 18:00. That's evening, right? They would complete that task in 4 hours and the tasks would not be qualitative as it is supposed to be.

The obvious truth is that the most productive time for humans is between very early in the morning and midday. Any time beyond that, the productivity drops and keeps on dropping till it is zero. So therefore the most productive part of an employee's life is from early in the morning to midday. So as a manager, you know how to plan job responsibilities.
