The importance of Grains in Our Diet.

Whole grains are as important in our diet as vegetables or fruits and must be present in any balanced diet. It is because they provide a large amount of nutrients, vitamins and fibre. These are the seeds of grains such as wheat, corn, rye, oats, rice or barley.

They preserve the three parts that compose them: the bran, the endosperm and the germ. To take advantage of all the benefits the grains provide, it is not necessary to consume them in their natural state. They can be crushed, split, or ground into flour, cookies, and other tasty foods.

Of course, the final product must contain the same nutritional composition of the original grain. So the next time you find yourself in front of a product such as box bread or pasta, make sure that it is made from whole grains, as it will make its consumption more complete and nutritious for you.
 
To I believe that grain is very good for our body because it use to provide body energy and strength to perform some hard work.
One can also grand grain with some other things which do give good combination of diet.
Though many people don't use to make good use of grain because they only thought that it just carbohydrate.
