Work from home has greatly reduced our walking and moving around. In addition, the lack of proper furniture and other amenities in the house, such as in the office, further aggravates the problem. This causes increased neck pain and back pain.

The main cause of neck and back pain when we work from home is improper sitting and not sitting properly straight. This puts extra pressure on our neck and back muscles. This causes pressure on the muscles and it starts to ache.

To get rid of this pain, you can do some stretching exercises while sitting in a chair. There are stretching exercises that provides relief from neck and back pain. It can be done easily to get rid of the pain caused by working from home.
 
You have spoken the truth. It is better to work at the comfort of your house considering the benefits and enjoyment that come with it.
However, prolonged sitting or typing may harm our body by a way of pain. This is a bad sign that indicates imminent sickness if not quickly taken care of.

We need good body posture for every activites that we want to do. People that are doing online jobs need this the more. This is because they are always glue to their system which makes it difficult for them to stretch most parts of their bodies and this may even lead to stiffness.
