Should you raise prices for elite locations/customers?

We have different types of customers according to financial capabilities. There are some that would haggle and bargain for a price reduction till you reduce to your set minimum markup. Those are your average customers.

There are others that wouldn't even bother negotiating prices with you. What you tell them is what they pay. Now tye big question is, if you have these kinds of customers that money ain't a problem for, should you maximise your profits by selling way higher than the price you sell for others?

For me, I think it is not bad to review your prices up a little bit if you have customers that don't have a problem with paying. What do you think? Is it unethical to raise your prices for customers who can afford to pay?
