Spicy foods are preferred by many people around the world because spicy food often tastes very delicious. There are many health benefits and drawbacks of eating spicy food when it comes to your health. However, eating chili peppers might be good for your heart. A research that was reported in a journal called Journal of the American College of Cardiology has shown that eating chili pepper has positive effects on your cardiovascular health. This study is very important because many people avoid spicy foods just because they do not like them. I am not saying that you should consume chili peppers in an excessive way. However, consuming chili peppers in a small, tolerable amount can actually provide a lot of health benefits. So what are you waiting for? I think you guys should prepare a recipe which consists of chili pepper as the main ingredient!

I am someone who do not like to test the presence of pepper in all the food I eat I always like it to be moderate but not to test the effect on the food... Too much of pepper is not good for people with ulcer because ulcer patient are always advised by doctors to limit the amount of pepper they are consuming as it can worsen the situation.
