Replacing and terminating a business employee.

It is absolutely commended and congratulated to see that majority of business employees and workers are definitely doing their best to achieve their business goals and objectives of the company or of the business organisations and commercial Enterprise that possibly work in . But the topic of this thread would not be complete if we do not talk about the other majority of business employees and workers who never tried their best in accomplishing business goals and objectives but rather exhibit unwanted and questionable attitude and behaviours within the business organisation which possibly make the business employer and even other co-employees and workers to not feel welcome . The business owner in such a situation is advised to temper Justice with mercy and possibly is not advised to quickly dispatch or eliminate such business employee from within the premises of the business organisation but what is advice is that he or she should be initially warned of his or her attitude that are questionable .

With that being said, if at any situation the employee do not try to change his attitude but still goes on to display them , the business employer now definitely has the full rights to eliminate and to terminate the contract of such employee in the business organisation so as not to influence the life and industrious attitude of other co-workers and Co employees . Attitude such as bullying , sexual harassment mostly to the female workers , body shaming , tribal discrimination and language discrimination should never be part of an employee's behaviour .

First of all I want to thank and commend you for this well speculated thread topic and also I want to commend you on how you took your time to explain why it is necessary for a business employee to exhibit good and commendable qualities because a good and commendable quality behaving employee or worker is definitely channelled to achieve business goals and objectives as expected and as planned . It is absolutely too so sad to see how people who work as employees in certain business organisations do not do their best to show an industrious and hard-working attitude so as to impress their business employers and managers . But rather the go-ahead to exhibit unqualified and questionable attitude and behaviours which possibly make the business organisation uncomfortable for other co-workers to exist .

Bullying and tribal discrimination has been one of the most common attitude majority of business employees exhibit toward one another and to be sincere this kills the commercial activity of teamwork in the business organisation and we all understand how important it is that teamwork exist in a business organisation and so killing and chasing It away from within the business organisation is definitely a big and huge problem so to say .
