A particular employee may cause a particular business mistake that makes him or her to be found guilty and worthy of being terminated from the premises of the business organisation but as a wise and sensible business owner you must understand that such an employee may have other priorities to handle in his or her life and possibly could be thinking about his or her family possibly sick ones in his or her homes that he possibly need to take care of .

In most cases an employee mistake or error could be caused as a result of a co-employee in form of a set-up possibly because of hatred .
