Back pain is one of the physical ailments you may have sprained it while working in the yard or working in the house even on accident ,you should check your self if you have sudden pain or several pain in the back you should be cheak by by physical therapy or go x-ray to know the cause
Keep moving. You may not feel like it when you are in pain but this first thing your doctor will recommend
Stretch and strengthen especially in your muscles in abdominal core help support your back strength and flexibility may help both relieve you pain and prevent it.

Keep good postures this help reduce the pressure from lower back you can use tape and spine in alignment
Maintain a health weight reduce lighten the load in your back if you need help consult your doctor for advice on a diet ànd exercise plan that may work best for you
Quit smoking , try ice and heat know your otc medication rub on medicated cream ask about supplements, throw ulin the towel ,can be handy tool to the pain put water on the heat make it to mask the pain let your hips relax over the towel stretch out the tension in your lower back
 
This is really a good idea and it will really help a lot of people here. I believe that back pain is very bad that if a man got affected through it may even affect the performance of somebody sexually. One can also state away from some thing sweet because it's also caused it.
