There are a lot of different ways to get rid of constipation, but the best way is to find out what works for you. Here are some of my favorite tips:

1) Drink lots of water! Drinking water helps keep your digestive system running smoothly and can help prevent constipation.

2) Eat fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans and lentils. Fiber helps bulk up stools so they pass more easily through your digestive tract.

3) Exercise regularly. It may sound strange but exercise helps stimulate bowel movements by encouraging blood flow through the colon muscles (the muscles around your rectum).

4) Take a warm bath with Epsom salts or baking soda mixed into the water. this can help relax the muscles in your lower abdomen which may be causing discomfort during bowel movements.
